1. Agreement

Use of the IDA website constitutes agreement to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the website.

2. Service Description

The website displays bridal and evening dress collections, receives customer inquiries, and facilitates fitting room appointments. Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Orders and Payments

Custom dress orders require a deposit. The balance is due before delivery. Prices include VAT.

4. Cancellations and Returns

Under the Consumer Protection Law, orders may be cancelled within 14 days of placement, provided the dress has not been custom-fitted. Custom-fitted dresses cannot be cancelled.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the website — including designs, photographs, texts, and logos — is the exclusive property of IDA. Copying, distributing, or using without written permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

The website is provided "AS IS". IDA shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the website.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts in Israel.
